I have recently got my thermomix cutter for my tm6 machine, I LOVE IT, I am so happy to of purchased this cutter, its great.

Von wegen Weltneuheit……….. alles alter Hut. 1. Nun dass Teige eine bestimmte Kerntemperatur brauchen ist in der Koch/Backszene ein alter Hut und keine Erfindung von Thermomix. Einfach mal Kerntemperatur Brot oder Kuchen googeln. 2. Wer genau hinschaut der stellt fest dass der Sensor genau so aussieht wie das Bluetooththermometer „Meater“. Und den Meater gibts schon seit vielen Jahren. Auf den ersten Blick fragt man sich ob da abgekupfert wurde. Und dann gibts auch noch den Meatstick (ein anderes Bluetooth-Wifithetmomter) der sogar Wifi kann und Friteuse und Sous Vide. Dass kann der „Sensor“ vom TM nicht. 3. Und dass man ein Thermometer in die Mitte des Garguts steckt wusste schon Oma Ilse vor 63 Jahren. Grüße aus der Vergangenheit. Thermomix verkauft sowas als Weltneuheit. Naja. Wer unwissend ist, dem kann man alles als die „NEUE“ Wunderidee verkaufen. Und es gibt genügend Thermomixjünger die schon jetzt ohne nicht mehr leben können. Viele Backöfen haben integrierte Thermometer die das genauso können. Und zum Grillen gibts den „Meater“. Und zur Not gibts ne biegbare Drahtkklammer……. Fazit: irgendein Bluetooththermometer tuts auch. Und lässt sich wahnsinnigerweise sogar OHNE Thermomix verwenden……😂 Und übrigens gibts den Meater gebraucht bei Kleinanzeigen……. noch Fragen 😂 Meater plus derzeit 99 Euro, bei Kleinanzeigen 75 Euro Meatstick 79 Euro Koch Fragen …😂

This mixture looks very sloppy. I think less tomato would have been good.

How can we find the app?

Too be honest struggle to understand why Thermomix jist doesn't come clean about this and simply say:- "Meater" That's what it is a meater probe.

This looks like a rebranded Meater sensor (who Thermomix have had a partnership with previously). As I already have an existing Meater block, can I pair this in lieu of the Thermomix branded sensor, or do I have to repurchase to be able to connect to my TM6 and the new app?

How much will these be

All good but what’s the point of a video for a product you can’t actually buy yet? If I were them I’d concentrate on getting the product out into the market place first then launch the videos.

Thermomix friend???

Had my TM6 for about 2 1/2 years now and I Love it. Hollandaise and All Sauces are made to perfection and never Split, amazing Machine

Looks absolutely delicious Rachel.. Glad you mentioned the oysters being considered a poor mans food. At one time salmon, lobsters and crabs were equally considered common fayre. Wierdly if you go back to medieval times there was a certain blood sucking eel called a Lamprey which was considered a delicasy, and loved by the upper classes.

When will it be available in the USA?

There are several information videos on this. The blade has two faces - grate or slice. The difference is achieved by the blade moving clockwise or anticlockwise. I think it will be a great edition if we ever get it but I agree that it’s expensive. However the demo videos are impressive
